Hi love, I honestly don't see how microneedling alone could actually cause breast growth unless accompanied by PRP which some clinics do to create a "fullness" but not actual growth, otherwise you would have "growth" on other areas that are being micro needled too, I do know however microneedling can help product absorption so it could be beneficial if you are doing a breast massage with an estrogenic oil infusion afterwards. However there are also downsides to microneedling in general with there always being a possibility of infection if not done properly/extra santiarily so keep that in mind
