If you read my program thread in the later posts I have my current oil I use, it isn't just almond oil and sunflower oil it has many herbs I infused into it for weeks to months, plus essential oils like Jasmine, Clary sage, geranium, cinnamon and peppermint etc these all serve a purpose whether hormone balancing, estrogen boosting, circulation boosting etc yes wait to get your results first. Yes just take your test in the morning and the pill at night later AFTER doing the test.

Hi lovely, one quick question!!
Im ordering the hormone test online now and saw that for the estrogen and progesterone test its just 1 marker and then you can for example add estradiol and other parts of estrogen and pregosterone to it But its very expensive. The same goes with testosterone, you can either choose a simple test och a plus with 5 markers, do you think its enough to see the one marker? I Will also Add prolactin❤️ Im still doing your massage and my boobs are hurting But it feels like its a good massage  please tell me its still possible with NBE even though all my familymembers have small breasts?
