First off your BC containing not only estradiol but a progestin means you actually may not have estrogen dominance(potentially) as progestin is a progesterone though synthetic so not the best for you and doesn't work as well as bio identical progesterone. With cupping they would be meaning vacuum systems like noogleberry or Kangzhu! Both of which you can buy online, you buy a size based off your current measurements of your bust, you place the vacuum cup over your entire breasts and "pump" to create a vacuum, over time this leads to increased tissue though I have seen some people get stretch marks and saggier from this due to the tension. There are a few different strengths on the website so it totally depends upon what your needs are.
MSM alone definitely CAN give results in some people as has been shown a good amount of times here and if paired with massage even better! I wanted to say aswell from what I've looked up please don't use ricin oil it's from the plant that produces Castor oil but from a different part of the plant and is apparently toxic in a few ways, use an oil like sweet almond oil, sunflower oil, actual castor oil, fractionated coconut oil etc and you want the oil to say pure and unscented, preferably unrefined aswell, I personally use NOW solutions sweet almond oil with also Sunflower oil as a half half ratio in my oil.

Thank you for taking your time❤️ Now I feel overwhelmed, I just spoke with the midwife and asked for take a hormonetest due to hormone imbalance. I dont know if its because im in Sweden that the healthcare only know about major studies But she told me its not possible to take a test since it will not tell me anything because it can change in a day or depending about for example stress so the only option is to take a private superexpensive test by yourself.

She told me that my specific BC (jasmin) contains both estrogen and gestagen but its more estrogen than other BC. I also asked if I could use a progesterone cream and she told me its not something they know about, she only knew some people older than me that take it for menopause. She scared me by saying there is not enough resource about supplement/ herbs/ basically anything and not something she wanted to speak on, especially not on the combination of BC and instead talked me into maybe changing my BC To a different type. 

This is the point I stopped at before finding this forum because it feels overwhelming getting these type of responses and instead being to scared. I dont know Where to start at all anymore?? I also saw omega 3 could be good and then found someone on reddit on NBE saying they got a stroke from it? from what i have seen it seems like people here try maca, but i dont know if its safe with my BC, should i just start with massage and MSM? 

Regarding the oil, Thank you for telling me i will start almond oil, does it do anything special? I just tried with flaxseed for a few days when i though they were shrinking but maybe it was a too short time? I had the oil in my room without keeping it in the fridge, maybe it had the opposite effect for that reason? I feel completely lost and now it feels hopeless again But I will try to stay motivation trying something at least❤️❤️how long does it takes to see result with the massage? ❤️
