You have been SO helpful❤️! Im massaging twice a day with ricin oil and I will buy a pure eko jasminoil to add. I have Jasmin as BC and it says its a combination BC that contains both etinylestradiol and drosperinon (bioidentic progestin if i understand it right). 1 tablet is 0.0030 mg etinylestradiol and 3 mg drosperinon, if that can tell something? The fenugreek I took was capsules!
I Will start with MSM even though someone here said it most likely wont work alone But i have hopes!! I also saw a girl who had incredible results by cupping and linked to a cup from amazon. She combins her BC with Maca and this cupping device. Do you think it will be good to try? She said she did not use the ”normal” pump and release method But she did not explain what she meant, is it just to put the cups on the breast and let it be there? Sorry if its a stupid question.
