Hi lovely as far as I know pumpkin seed oil is only an anti androgen in regards to preventing existing testosterone from turning into the bad testosterone "DHT" it doesn't actually block regular testosterone only the conversion to DHT. I'd suggest getting a few of your herbs in tincture form(alcohol based preferably which has been proven as better absorbing in the body) tinctures are typically more potent and there's a thread here stating how capsules only absorb about 50% whereas tinctures absorb a lot more meaning you may have to take an extract form or more capsules to get the same benefits of you still choose capsules
