MSM and fish oil are generally safe to try and can support skin elasticity and general health, but they’re unlikely to change breast size on their own. One thing not often talked about is posture and upper body strength. Strengthening your upper chest and improving posture can subtly lift your shape and give more fullness up top, even small changes can boost confidence

The problem is that i dont have enough tissue, so when i work out and have good posture it does not make a difference
