Week 4 progress:
I noticed this week my measurements immediately after taking the bra off have lowered as well as the measurement before I put the bra back on. At first this was kind of shocking as I feel like I've continued to increase my wear time, I'm well rested and hydrated... But then I realized I began my cycle mid week-three so I think some of what I was attributing to the evebra were monthly fluctuations. This is kind of shocking to me, since I am so small I have never noticed any increase in size during my cycle, but now that I'm measuring daily I can see that I must. But also maybe this is a bit of my body adjusting to wearing it.
Anyway, I took some time this week to do some math based on my starting size and evebra / brava likely expectations and made my own graph to see if my measurements are staying in line w/ their averages. I'm recording my "measured swelling" immediately before putting the device back on (ie my lowest size) I think the similar brava graph is actually graphing the max swelling size, so maybe I should adjust mine and use max swelling, but I think the trending is probably more important.
During the week I've been wearing for 6-8 hours overnight take off for a couple of hours, then wear for 9 more hours while I work. I work from home and have no trouble having the camera pointed shoulders upward over video conference meetings. Then about a 4-6 hour break before putting it back on for overnight.
This week I tested wearing it 12 hours continuous overnight and keep off for 12 hours to see if I'd get additional shrinkage after having a 12 hour break from wearing. Results - same exact max increase when taking it off and same decreased measurement when ready to put back on after 12 hours.
I have my nurse consult this afternoon, so will update again afterwards =)
