So a lot of creams included vitamin E and when I was in the shop today I saw oral VIT E tabs on sale so I bought some.
When I came home I decided to look into it more.
The first thing I saw that was that VIT E is an oestrogen antagonist.
Wouldn't that blunt the effect of PM by lowering your oestro levels and hence growth? But so many breast products include it...
Anyone knowledgeable on it?
