Mucuna has been used in a good few past NBE programs and can definitely help with the increased HGH production however keep in mind it also can increase testosterone, this hormone doesn't help with breast growth infact if too high can result in very much the opposite! I like the idea of decreasing cortisol levels though being someone who struggles alot with anxiety etc however I would like to point out that despite my cortisol seemingly being high(Ive never tested it just assuming based off my stress levels day to day with my mental health) I've had GREAT success over the many years I've done NBE on and off, going originally from a D/DD to a GG so it's not always cut and dry (I think that's the right saying lol) despite this I am always looking for ways to control my cortisol and atm via a smallish dose of MSM(1500mg), Dong Quai, and also herbal teas of Passion Flower which also increases GABA which is great for breast growth. If you were to try it hoping for NBE effects I'd add a pro aromatase herb such as white peony to your routine which whilst very very slightly estrogenic(it's minor) helps increase aromatase which is an enzyme in our bodies that converts testosterone to estrogen, if you were to take that with it I'm pretty sure you would receive pretty good benefits from the Mucuna figuratively speaking, you also wouldn't have to worry about white peony messing with your endocrine system as it's only very very minorly estrogenic and would mostly just increase your bodys own aromatase process turning your testosterone into your bodies estrogen. I did however read a while back that white peony decreases lipid accumulation meaning it can help with weight loss so keep that in mind, for me though back when I unnecessarily used it I found no benefits for weight loss myself so I spose that benefit depends on the person.
