I've been trying to verify powdered herb measurements, as it can be a confusing subject. For fenugreek, what I've found is that if you use a standard US tablespoon (which is different than some used elsewhere) and if you're careful to pat the powder down firmly, the 2250mg quantity talked about above is indeed a 1/4 tablespoon. I would emphasise that this is fenugreek which is both dried and powdered.
