Yes, providing it's dried and powdered as you said and not just powdered, a (flat) teaspoon of fenugreek is 3g. It should be mentioned that the size of a teaspoon varies from country to country and I'm using a standard US teaspoon as the measure. A UK teaspoon would be 3.6g of fenugreek.
