I only have instant coffee right now. What are some good decaf blends that you'd recommend? Since quality matters here (and a lack of caffeine I guess).

I would never worry about caffeine lol I drink heaps of caffeinated coffee and grew from a D/DD to a G/GG over the years of doing NBE on and off, think about all the people in the world(especially the Asian women) whom have been successful in NBE or just straight up have big boobs who drink lots of caffeinated teas and drinks   ofcourse caffeine free is better for the nerves, I certainly wish I could not drink caffeine anymore as it really does affect my anxiety but without it I'm extremely tired all the time and can't think straight lol
