NO problem. The GY massage is very time consuming. Basically you are massaging the breast for a long period of time every single day until the lobes inside your breasts become swollen, then you begin concentrating on massaging the lobes which makes them swell even more. like from pea size to grape size. It is these swollen lobes that make the breasts larger, so you keep working on these lobes keeping them swollen and eventually maintaining all day long enlargement. And I'm sorry to break it to you but it is only temporary enlargement. If you quit massaging the enlargement will go away. Now I think they claim that if you reach your goal you can let up some on the massage but I never did any maintenance massage so I don't know about that. Also you squeeze and massage nipples a bit which can eventually cause you to produce a bit of colostrum (not breast milk). It takes a lot of time and dedication. If I recall I think it took me about 45 minutes per session, with two sessions a day. To me this is a LOT of work for temporary results. This is also what made me never want to massage again, unless my boobs are way sore. But if you're dedicated and have the time and don't mind sticking with it long-term go for it! Personally I think they charge an outrageous price just for some simple massage techniques that yield only temporary results. Now if they were permanent results that might be different. Personally I wouldn't pay that for the routine. Maybe if it was about a fourth of the price, I think they do have a sale once in a while at least they used to. Sorry post so long!
