Itchy breasts

I changed my PM routine as follows
Oil. Cream and 500 MG cap three times a Day
Morning after my shower, noon and just before bed
Today, both breast's started itching and tingling from the inside
After my shower and first morning application
Is this a symptom of growing ?
Any advice out there?
