I went on vacay for a week and now have started over wearing the Evebra with the DeRoyal Prospera 2 negative pressure wound vac pump and I. Love. It. It works So well and it's so quiet. I can charge it with a cord and then walk around with it in a mesh (so it can breathe) backpack. So no more do I have to spend tons of money on batteries for the Evebra pump! It's a great little machine.
This is my 3rd day and I am back to size 3 domes.
I have a question for all those experienced with the Brava and the Evebra. What pressure should I set the pump to? The Prospera 2 is very consistent with the pressure. For my first 2 days I set it at 30mmHg because I read that the Brava went as high as 30mmHg, but right now I have it set to 25mmHg. Sometimes it will drop a little to as low as 15mmHg but quickly comes back up. I know the Evebra says 20mmHg. Is there any reason to not set it to 30mmHg? Or keep going with 25mmHg and 30mmHg? I would appreciate any knowledge regarding this.
Thank you.
