It's my first post here and I was wondering if I could manage to do NBE effectively by massaging alone, probably with a good cream for the purpose, and not taking the internal stuff or maybe just taking a very limited amount of internal stuff. I really don't like the idea of swilling down a ton of pills every day, it's just not something I'm comfortable with right now, and to make NBE work some people seem to be taking a vast array of supplements.
