I got a delivery in the mail today. Its a breast massager.  Its marketed towards lactation.   Its in the shape of a shell and it's contoured and fits nicely on the breast and massaging it around the breast. I was able to put it into my bra tonight and I did an hour with the massager on.  If felt nice and good.  I know I don't have any growth.  I do feel swelling on the small side.  It feels nice. I know it looks awful. I'm looking forward to using it more and adding in more steps to my NBE journey.

Just using a double electric breast pump that women who have just had babies or who are trying to induce lactation use will give you amazing results. You want to get a duette which allows you to pump one breast at a higher rate than the other, or one breast at nine and the other breast at setting one.  You’ll never go back to using breast massagers or Noggle berry etc.  The uniformity of enlargement of the breasts , even in smaller breasts even on uneven breasts can’t be compared to the absolute amazing results you get like an electric breast pump. I get a slacker boob every time I start inducing again, and it always catches up. The one drawback is a duette by legendary milk I believe is being phased out. They have been on sale. I got mine at a really low price and I believe the ones where you can do different breasts different rates tend to be more expensive. some of the less expensive breast pumps allow you to cut off The supply to the mone line, so you can just pump on breast, but those are usually not as strong. 

You imho ideally need a really good electric breast pump. I’m telling you you’ll be shocked at the results and no, you won’t get milk. That’s a very very difficult to achieve if that’s a concern but that too is doable. Best of luck!
