Is some sort of mix between herbal/PM/BO program a good start? Do I test my hormones? How do I determine what I need to take, when do I take it, how much of it? My understanding of these things is vague at best. If you could point me towards threads that guide through the process of deciding what herbs to take and calculating their amount and time of intake that would be great. What hormones do I test myself for, when do I do that during my period, how do I not create hormonal imbalances in my body? There must be plenty of threads about all that already but I've never seen anything about the calculation process, my period is irregular enough on its own, I'm scared I might make it worse. Just... point me in any direction, anything that has a clear process of deciding on herbs/PM/BO based on your hormones/state of your body (I've always been super thin during puberty and never gained much weight, I read on here somewhere last night that you need to have some kind of fat stored in your breasts so that they'll react to anything well, mine are just... everything other than fat). Link any threads you consider helpful and that have helped you through your process of hormonal assessment, deciding what you need to take and what you've seen great results from.
