There will be more to this. I have been thinking about writing a detailed guide on different approaches with session times and pressure and such. The stuff above is just what I have found to be most useful so far. I should count the hours some time again, I'm not many months away from pushing over 2000 recorded hours.
If anyone thinks this does work well just look at my chest.... I think its doing something.
