So something interesting happened. They sent me a sample size of PM instead of the 1 month supply I ordered, I only received about a week's worth of pills. Those who said PM is strong weren't kidding. In only a few days it has changed my breasts. No pains, tingles, or increase in size, but the fat seems to have redistributed into a more pleasant shape and the tissue feels firmer, more solid. I am slighter fuller up top (I've wanted this so this is good); I thought it was my imagination until the bras fit differently. They do seem "smaller", which has been reported here with PM, but seeing no change in measurements or overall volume I consider this result successful. One important thing to note is that I am late this month, which may or may not be the PM's fault as my cycles are late every so often. I will consider giving PM another try, for now will wait for now to see if stopping it will change anything. Massaging and taking balancing herbs in the meantime.

Fennel was indeed a problem so I will stop taking it internally, infusing it in oil for massage however to see how that goes. I liked the flavor though so I might replace with anise, an NBE herb with similar flavor for teas. Fenugreek was not a problem but didn't seem necessary so I won't be taking that either, added to fennel oil infusion. 

Ordered some BO for nipple cream to hopefully even out breasts more. Might try to take BO internally as well. Fingers crossed!
