Also, I'm very sorry about the vivid dreams you are dealing with. Yes, mirtazapine can be tricky on this depending on the dose. For me, more than 45mg means = super cravings , zombie all day long & dreaming a lot. Sometimes good things, sometimes not haha. Right now I am sticking to 15 and prior to my period 30mg (if I don't do this I barely sleep dumb anxiety)

The cravings are something else right!? Almost like you havnt eaten for days!! I actually do this, I take half in morning, half in afternoon and half at bed time no major drowsiness and this way I have way less anxiety through the day which is when its at its worst! Thankfully I havnt put anymore weight back on infact Ive lost an extra kilo and kept my gains so fingers crossed! Thanks beautiful you are so kind just been going through it tough dealing with my body dysmorphia its been not so good lately to say the least.... 

Hang in there!! I know dealing with your own thoughts and knowing your mind plays with you is a huuuuge battle. But you are more than a body, always always keep that in mind. And be kind with yourself, you are doing your best . Hopefully the meds will help you with the anxiety as well sooner or later too <3

Im getting super conflicting info about akpi as some sellers are selling the cream as testosterone enhancers so guess Ill steer clear of it just incase

T enhancer? I always have seen ads about this for E enhancer, since makes your fat cells bigger (?) Oh
