Damn thats crazy! So with this finding would you suggest switching out wild yam with the hops I have on the way or is it ok to keep taking wild yam? I might see if once my body gets used to it if the crazy dreams stop, I know with mirtazipine even in the beginning dosage this happened but my body adjusted and the dreams stopped Huh
