Oh I just looked up mirtazipine nightmares and it can cause them and now that I think of it its only been happening since I upped mirtazipine so maybe thats why   was worried it might be wild yam since I only started taking that since upping mirtazipine too

In otherwords, you could be compounding the mirtazapine by the use wild yam (via diosgenin). This is of course an animal study, but accumulating studies have shown that diosgenin possesses neuroprotective activities. For example, diosgenin could protect aging brain nerve cells by reducing oxidative stress and inflammatory responses (Qi et al., 2019), attenuate Aβ induced neuronal damage by inhibiting neuroinflammation (Som et al., 2022), and ameliorate inflammation-impaired neurogenesis by improving the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells (Cai et al., 2019).

This is fascinating as we had no idea wild yam or fenugreek had this potential. This is a great find for Breastnexus and NBE.
