Ok I did have some licorice, used a little in my tea earlier. Yep, too sweet lol On the bright side it was complimentary and tasted good, I just prefer the natural sweetness of the fennel, fenugreek and mint combo instead. I’ll use up what I have and try capsules in the future!
Still feeling very calm, I don’t get upset or angry much despite feeling pretty stressed lately. I have been drinking this tea about 2 weeks before my post, not terribly long. While still too early for me to tell whether they are effective for NBE, they definitely seem help regulate my mood, which is enough reason for me to keep taking them. What’s even more suprising to me is their effectiveness despite none being in extract form, glad I tried the traditional way first! Unsure at this point of I will order extracts, I have quite a bit left so I will use everythinf up before deciding.
Breast massages I have done over a month now, and as far as growth honestly I have seen no noticeable difference. It feels nice and relaxing so i will keep doing them anyway, might include a topical to see what happens.
I did notice some slight lift however since doing chest excercises for about a week. I don’t think any herbs or supplements can lift breasts like working the muscles beneath. I don’t even work out like that but I can do more reps now than when I started. This and going braless whenever possible did make a difference.
BustyP, i saw your dry brushing thread and decided to try it. I dry brush daily but have always avoided the breast area. I did somelight circling motions on both breasts, avoiding the areolas of course, for about 15 minutes. It provided the same refreshing “tingles” that dry brushing typically gives, and I woke up some with light pains (the tissue, not the skin). Could be from something else, but at least something new is happening. This might turn out to be more effective the massages I’ve been doing, so I will keep trying. The brush I have is quite firm though, I’m thinking of getting a softer for this purpose
