I am a biological female of Indian descent, 30 years of age who is slightly bottom heavy. My measurements are 37-29-40 at 5'3 and 150 lbs. My goal is to achieve fuller, lifted, more symmetrical breasts, lose weight and get back into corset training. I will be recording any changes in fullness/volume, breast, band size, as well as how the NBE herbs/supplements affect me, if at all.
What my pre-NBE program looked like:
MSM (daily)
Fish Oil (daily)
Vit D (as needed)
Green and Black teas (alternating daily)
Spearmint (as needed, for indigestion)
Turmeric (once a week)
Fennel (occasionally in food)
Fenugreek (occasionally in food)
What my current-NBE program looks like:
MSM (daily)
Fish Oil (daily)
Vit D (as needed)
Green and Black teas (alternating daily)
Spearmint (daily)
Fenugreek (herb, daily as tea)
Fennel (herb, daily as tea)
Turmeric (once a week)
For future consideration:
Fennel (extract)
Fenugreek (extract)
PM (extract)
Vitex (extract)
Saw Palmetto (powdered herb)
I already had fenugreek and fennel for culinary purposes so I have been taking them as tea, which I actually enjoy and look forward to now. We will see what happens.
I infuse both in equal amounts in boiling water and pour into a jar. I drink this infusion after 12 hours.
In addition to the above, I also massage daily (deer, Chiyo and my own simple massage). Technique doesn't seem to matter, blood flow and warmth seems to be key. I like do 10 push ups and 10 reverse butterflies before each massage.
