Hello all,
I have posted on here before expressing my frustration with slow, almost absent growth.
I take 3000mg MSM x 1000mg Vit C, 1500mg 50% Saponin Fenugreek and 1000mg Saw Palmetto daily. For the first 2 months I have experienced swelling which made me believe that I was 32DD, but now I am back to 32D with saggy, almost tubular looking breasts. I am also 125 lbs which is 10 lbs more than before i began the program. I do not know what it is that I am doing wrong; it's been impinging on me mentally.
All of your suggestions will be appreciated.
