Do it at like 9am or earlier and drink it at 7pm at night. You can also do the recipe on the back that’s fine also . You should drink the seeds also with the water for better absorption but it’s disgusting , it taste terrible. I actually had to train myself to get used to the taste lol .

Definitely cycle your herbs and foods according to your phase . This continually cleanses your breast receptors and keeps them sensitive for each hormone. If you take something hormonal everyday the receptors get desensitized.
(15-11-2021, 01:45)elusive_butterfly16 Wrote:

How much water should I put them in, does it have to be hot or cold? Should I keep them cold in the fridge or somewhere dark or does it not matter how I store them? Do I grind the seeds beforehand or keep them whole? I'm in my follicular phase right now so I'll try it these days. By the way, the recipe on the packet says to make an infusion with 3 teaspoons of ground seeds with 600ml boiling water and then to filter the water and drink 200ml 3 times a day OR to mix 1 tablespoon of ground seeds in 250ml water and to boil for 10 minutes until it turns mushy then to spread it on gauze and to put it on the (sick) spot. Fenugreek is good for the skin too so I assume that's what the second recipe is specifically meant for but still, what do you think about the first?(14-11-2021, 12:29)IrisHeart Wrote:

I've had the seeds packets for some time now and I really want to try them out but I'm not sure how, when, how much etc. I've read on here that herbs can mess up your cycle and mine is already kind of erratic so I don't want to risk disturbing it even further. I don't want to take unnecessary risks with my period but calculated ones are more than welcome. I also have no idea if I should take whatever I make with the seeds (I suppose it should be tea?) orally or topically. I'm a fan of topical treatments seeing how well my breasts respond to massaging them with flaxseed oil so I'd love to do that but if oral intake is more effective then I'll definitely opt for that instead. Should I combine them with anything else, like any other herbs? How and where am I supposed to keep them? How long and how much should I use them? Should I use all I have on hand or save the excess for later? Anything else I should know about fenugreek and fennel seeds?

Take 1 table spoon of fenugreek seeds and put them in them a jar. Soak them for the whole day and at night drink the water that they were soaked in and the seeds

I do it only in my follicular cycle though
