Oh wow how did I look over that link with literally everything .. but now I definitely notice that the b UP changed its formula, now the new version contains PM which would now mean it shouldn’t be taken during luteal since the B UP that Chiyomilk took didn’t contain a strong estrogen like PM. That would mean I am left with Mayusakimilk’s program which is the glamour during period , ladies PM during follicular , and pig placenta /collagen during luteal . Hm..
Well since I already purchased the super b-in(boin) , I am going to experiment with that with the jelly placenta. Something tells me PM is not the same with other manufacturers and probably quality matters . Perhaps quality equals strength of the product. That is why you were saying that many on Barlowes didn’t really grow so much if at all . So I’m definitely curious to try out the Japanese brand of PM since it is a higher quality . I will stick to this for a few months and make a thread to document progress, and also I will note any further growth pains.
*btw as I type this , I am having a pretty strong growth pain in my left boob. It kind of feels like a twinge and pulling pinching sensation inside my glands if that makes any sense . I have started feelings growth pains since switching from sheep to pig placenta . So yay for the Japanese placenta
