Hey everyone - I'm so excited to find this community and excited to make some progress myself. I'm 33, 5'7", 120 lbs, and a 34A and my first goal is symmetry (my left is a full A and my right is AA). This is my 3rd attempt at NBE, though I didn't know it was called NBE until a few days ago.
I took Greenbush Natural's tinctures for about a year about 5 years ago and had no results, and then 2 years ago was on several brands of pueraria mirifica capsules for about a year with no results. I also donated my eggs 6 times about 5 years ago and got an IUD - I was overworked, underweight and my hormones were all over the place so I'm not surprised nothing happened. I live a much more leisurely lifestyle now, have no IUD, and a very regular cycle so it feels like a good time to try again.
My plan this time around is daily breast massage and start with Source Naturals Raw Female bovine ovary in a few weeks when I get to day 1 of my cycle. I started the breast massage 2 days ago and have been going quite deep tissue with just the (smaller) right breast, especially around the bottom where it's a bit lumpy (it's always been like this so I'm not concerned) and along the top where I have zero fat. It's been quite sore in a nice way and I swear a little bit fuller already.
