'The foods that you can eat to increase your breast size can be divided into different groups. One such group is fruits and vegetables. Eating plenty of this will improve your general health and also promote breast growth due to the high content of fiber found in them. Examples include; apples, plums, papaya, pumpkins, cucumbers, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes and yams. In addition, you need health fats in your diet. These healthy fats are known as mono-saturated fats. Examples of these fats include; oils found in seeds such as linseed, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds. Other sources of fats include; olive and olive oil, avocado and avocado oil, oats and raw nuts. see full article here :

That article is a mess.  Sometimes you can tell articles just say what they think you want to hear.  General health helps breast growth: absolutely.  It’s from fiber: No, metamucil is not nutritious and does absolutely nothing for breast growth.  List of foods: Some kinda nutritious, some not.  The listed veggies including the starches but not the fruit are good.  But not the best.  I have better lists in sig threads.  Fruit is still way better than candy and soda though.  And berries tend to be nutritious.  “Healthy fats”: Not nutritious.  Yet the foods they’re listed in are very nutritious, for reasons independent of the fat.  Plays on a fad.  Oils: Not nutritious. Except fish oil and to a lesser extent flax oil (or better yet fish and flax seeds, though fish can be expensive). Those are the real healthy fats because your body needs their fatty acids which it cannot make well from other foods.  Olive oil is helpful in small amounts due to having the lesser fatty acids, and way better than other cooking oils which have too much of fatty acids you don’t want.  In spite of being unsaturated.

In particular those that eat lots of whole fresh/frozen plant foods, and not meat nor high protein plants, frequently write stories of growing many cup sizes without even intending to.  Especially veggies and whole grains/beans/seeds. But nutrition is destroyed in canned and dehydrated foods (except naturally dry seeds).  Those on carb free high protein diets frequently report shrinking many cup sizes.  Because these tend to be less nutritious foods than fresh plants.
