Yes it’s a good idea, i guess you should use pure Pm capsules and make a diy breast cream

(I don’t like the breast creams on the web, a lot of crap with a bit % of PM)

UPDATE it doesnt work it merely gets gluggy like play dough and flakes off eventually so I will stick to my specific herb infused oil which has alot of PM, other herbs and fatty oils in it and has worked wonders. Maybe if I could get a PM extract I could apply it directly to areolas after my massage with oil  to really get the phytoestrogens in my boobs but we will see!

Did you use aloe vera as a carrier?

Also, did you erase the keratin plug on the nipples?

Hey! If you want to do transdermal intake aka nipple cream experiment, first, you have to mix the PM with a carrier that can be absorbed by the skin. Seems to be, aloe is the best option for it. In addition, you have to erase the keratin plug that is in our nipples: it acts like a barrier, preventing infections and so on - Ellen, MissMadScientist suggested to uso 70% alcohol as a keratin eraser and after that, put the mixture onto your nipples.
