UPDATE!! I just measured and I have grown yet another inch now at 40 inches bust or 101cm holy moley!!! I knew my boobs were having another growth spurt as especially since switching out fennel and adding goats rue my boobs have been heavy, fuller, sore and my areolas have gotten much more puffier super sore to touch and a strange darkness around them(which I have read according to another girl is the PM working its magic) honestly amazed its only been 2 months since Ive been doing my program seriously and fully dedicated seeing such huge progress excites the life out of me, even as I write this I feel very strong dull aches in my boobs, I dont know why more girls dont add Goats Rue to their regimen because along with my herb infused oil massage, PM capsules and Aguaje Capsules I have seen a crazy difference since adding it!

I want to add that I am a caffeine intaker aswell whether it be coffee or energy drinks so to all those that are aswell dont lose hope in the myth that caffeine stops growth because while it may in the few unlucky for whatever reason, it is clearly by my progress not a definite X
