Just an update on this thread. This will be my progress thread.
I'm going to keep it here, if I have amazing results in future I will sum it all up appropriately in a program thread but my methods are a bit unconventional. I believe heavily that everyones body is different so I don't follow anyones exact plan and I'm also limited ONLY to items I don't have to order online.
Right now what is working for me:
- Massage (Main bit of my progress in my opinion, I am doing this daily for one long session every night, mixing in various massages)
- Flaxseed (Heard amazing stuff about this on the forum and I think it works for me too)
- Soy and dairy (Both contain hormones for breast growth)
- Any other breast growing foods that I can throw into my diet (Nothing else notable, but look them up online and try throwing them into your diet, why not?)
- High calorie intake (Combined with the massage to encourage the fat to grow in my breasts I think this is a MAJOR factor, massage alone without the calories did nothing for me in my early NBE journey)
I have been on and off with NBE for 3 years. The first 2 years were very unsuccessful, no visible progress. I always gave up for a while until I hated myself to come back and give it a try again which is why it was on and off. This year I have been experimenting to see what works for me and I have been more determined to keep trying than ever and it has worked!
My progress has been from 32B to 32D. D sounds amazing but due to my small band size, my breasts aren't as big as they sound. I also have wide set breasts so it feels like they're half under my armpits with a canyon between, which makes them look smaller and less impressive. The flat part in the middle of my chest even gives the impression of a flat chest from the front... Right now I'm trying to grow some fat in the centre of my chest and experimenting with adding some of my own custom massages I made up that target the central area of the chest. If they are successful (I can't tell yet) I will share on here.
