So after growing an inch from PM, Aguaje, Fennel and massage with my herb infused oil I am going to take a break from Fennel since all online research suggests it should not be taken in large amounts or for large periods of time without a break basically due to its effect on the nervous system, I am planning on taking a month or 2 break from fennel but keeping up on my PM and Aguaje and am wanting to add a third herb in replacement I was taking the fennel moreso for its galactagogue effect increasing prolactin etc any suggestions what to add with my PM and Aguaje? I cannot take anything that has possible mild sedative effects such as motherwort unfortunately, TIA! " alt="" title=""> " alt="" title="">

Where did you read that fennel damages the nervous system? Do you have a link? Which component is the problem? If you want to try something else, fenugreek seems like the obvious choice, but you could also try goats rue.

I am not a fan of fenugreek as its hormonal affects in regards to research seem very conflicting also I dont like smelling like maple syrup lol I am looking into other galactagogue herbs though so maybe goats rue I will do my research thanks!
