Update on acknowledging my progress: Been more strict on my routine lately, strict breast massage routine and making sure to consume more calories including breast growth stimulating foods. Hard to notice my progress but I definitely do feel like they are rounder, heavier and the shape has changed. Since they are bigger the nipple position seems to have changed so it isn't completely central to the breast, and from the side it seems more round and bigger. There's a bit more fat in the middle since I can make a slightly better cleavage with force.

I am completely obsessed and consumed by growing my breasts at this point, driven by my own self loathing. I am determined to see results.

I can relate to your last sentence about the self loathing. 
You said you can't order anything online. Can you send money via paypal? I could order you a Kangzhu pumping set online (cheap version of Noogleberry, I am very happy with mine) and send it your way?
