What is the recommended dose of reishi? I have 400mg capsuled dried form and I'm not combining with WP.
Start slowly at 400mg (capsule) per day for the first week, see what (if any) side effects you'll experience. I've seen dosages range from 3g to 6g, from experience I settled on 1g per day. In this clinical study below 1g was used during lab experiments w/significant improvements.

The polysaccharides (beta-glucans) are by far the most important part of taking Reishi (anti-cancer properties). Look for the range of 30-35% beta-glucans when sourcing reishi, and organic.
Thank you!!
Nefer, I took it for six months and just once a day do its work. I started taking it once a day for three months and I noticed more energy!
