You are right. Those guys are plastic surgeons, but like you said, I feel they should be honest with their patients. Since pumping is time consuming and won't give you a quick fix like implants, a lot of women would still opt for surgery. If they were so sure that only a special woman with an abject fear of surgery was going to choose the brava/noogleberry system, they might as well tell the truth. If I ever had to undergo plastic surgery, I'd choose the one surgeon that was being honest about this. Haven't found one yet, though :-)
I've read surgeons' replies to questions regarding vacuum systems on realself, as well.
And of course you never read anything about the cons. Kind of sad that among all those plastic surgeons on realself, I can't find a single one that I would consider to be trustworthy after reading their 'opinions' about vacuum pumps. Not that it would matter since I don't plan on seeing one anyway, but still.
