Sorry I haven’t updated since February so I’ll try to do a little catch up....
March cycle I did a little change up with the progesterone;
Follicular
1 pump (1/4 tsp = 20mg)
Luteal
3-4 pumps (60-80mg)
I had ALOT of Luteal swelling (a full inch up to 37”,.... I never had the swelling or soreness many talk about during Luteal so I figured this must be a sign I did something right this month!!!) & my acne was so much better!!!
April
For this month I decided to do some math and tweak my doses of PM & PC to more closely follow my normal cycle (the PM is MG, and the PC is “pumps”, 1 pump=1/4 tsp or 20mg,... the left column is the “cycle day” starting with 1st day of Menes)

AM
Try to get in 200-300 rotation of massage (massaging left more at this time)
5 Probiotics
2 Tbsp Premixed Nutritional Blend (See Above)
1 Multi-Vitamin - Rainbow Light 50+ Mini-Tablet
Shatavari 1200mg
MSM 1000mg
Niacin 400mg
Fish Oil 1290mg
NeoCell Super Collagen +C 6gr
Afternoon
Shower then apply...
PC on both breasts, see below for dose.
PM Just B-4 Bed (see above for details)
3-4 Probiotics
2 Tbsp Premixed Nutritional Blend
1 Multi-Vitamin
Shatavari 1200mg
SP Ext 320mg
MSM 2000mg
Niacin 400mg
Fish Oil 1290mg
NeoCell Super Collagen +C 12gr
Found a new recipe to try, been using since mid March...
Massage both breasts with about 1 tsp coconut & saw palmetto oil
Recipe;
300 grams coconut oil (solid not liquid, easier to use)
100 grams saw palmetto berry powder
Melt coconut oil in double boiler (don’t let water boil, just warm enough to melt oil!)
Stir in the saw palmetto power
Mix for 5 minutes, set aside for 4/5 hrs
Reheat to liquid state
Strain oil from powder (I like to use an old white cloth to strain & squeeze -seems to work best)
I have noticed a bit more “jiggling” since using this,.... or maybe it was the dosing changes?
Either way I am up a half inch in the last 2 months!!!!
I do believe the increase the last quarter of 2019 was weight gain and if I can ever loose the 8-10 lbs I gained on the flax & soy method I have a feeling I will also loose that first 1/2 I gained at that time.
However I am sure this last 1/2” is true growth as my weight has not gone up, but stayed at 140lbs.
So today's stats;
Height - 5'6"
Weight - 139
Bust - 36.5"
UB - 29"
