Just for my curiosity, why the morning and evening doses of Probiotic, vitamins, and nutritional blend?
As for the probiotics, I take one pill in the am and thats plenty for my system.

I split the daily dose in 2;

1-So I have a more consistent amount in my system all day.
2-If I take too much at once I get nauseous.
3-So I don’t have to take as many pills at once.

As far as the probiotic,... I have IBS & other digestive sensitivities, taking them throughout the day helps keep away the acid reflux too.

what brand of the pm did you use?
