Following this thread. I havent been here for a few years since I also had kids. I am now almost 9 month s postpartum and 3 months post breastfeeding.  I feel so sad I wasnt able to keep the breastfeeding breasts! Now, they are supe deflated like when I first started with NBE so many years back.  Im not sure which program to do now, though. I dont want to do PM at this time. Maybe massage and Miss Mad Scientist's method using Soy+milk+flaxseeds.
