sounds like a good idea to start taking your temp. You take it first thing when you wake up. Don't eat, do anything before taking your temp. And you need to have been asleep for at least 4 hours. Get a digital thermometer too, you need one which has a very accurate reading.
Then after you take that for a couple of weeks you will start to notice if you have temp problems or not.
