I don’t know...
I usually eat:
Breakfast: Greek yoghurt+50 gr dried plums
Lunch: quinoa(or bread or burritos)+tomatoes+100/150gr of breast chicken with salad + 170gr of greek cheese (low fat, high protein)
Dinner: 150/200 gr of chicken or salmon or red meat +salad + 170gr of Greek cheese
As snack I eat nuts/almonds/Brazilian nuts or 2 eggs or Greek yogurt + fruit (1/2 apples) or soy milk with ovomaltine
Working out is the secret, I didn’t like eat a lot before, but after my work outs I like to eat more... so, I build muscles (so, gain weight of muscle, not fat)
