Thank you for the useful information!! I’ve struggeled with this problem myself. I’ve been doing NBE for around 3,5 months now for the first time in my life, following missmadscientists program (flax seed + full fat toasted soy + full fat milk). But everytime I get a lot of hormonal acne and tender and swelled breasts in my luthal phase... Before NBE I never had both of these symptoms. I was wondering if you also get tender and swelled breasts? If so, in which phase?
