Hi loves! Long time lurker and want to go from a 32B to a 32D. I'm thinking of trying MissMadScientist's method too!! I live in the US and I am having SO many problems finding toasted full fat soy flour (kinako) that is also non-gmo!! I did order the one from the link you posted Maria but it's still on it's way to me! Shipping takes forever :/

Do you think this would be OK?? Or what about Bob's Red Mill (is that toasted/full fat??)
