Brief update: The medium noogleberry system arrived earlier this week and I’ve used it twice. It was challenging figuring out how to get suction at first, but now I got the hang of it and have high hopes! I’ve been doing an hour a day of 20 minutes suction, two minutes massage. Won’t measure until I’ve been at it for a few weeks, but the swelling seems promising!
