Hey everyone! How are you all doing ?
So, I have exams going on and they will go on for 3 months almost. I try to noogle whenever I get time. I’m guilty of not noogling regularly
Over the time, I have experienced fullness and bounce. No size increase as of now. 

Update :
I have started taking Birth control pill hoping that it results in tenderness of my breasts so noogling gives fast results , it’s been a month but no tenderness either 
1 collagen pill everyday 

Let’s hope for the best!

I would really recommend you don't take birth control. Even if they do increase the size, your boobs would decrease as soon as you get off them.
