I feel you. Don’t see visibly nipple or breast growth yet. I switched to medical paper tapes. Cut a square of tissue paper to cover nipple, then put a paper tape over it. The paper tape can’t be too wide maybe half an inch. It’s breatheable, so avoid the tape area when you use oil. Since this tape is very breatheable, you can leave it on over night. When removing, put oil on top and the oil will penetrate. I think the key to avoid nipple growth is to keep the tapes on after pumping, as the increased blood inflow expands your nipples continuously.
