It happened after I used pumps three times maybe 1.5 hours then I went to sleep. I woke up and still felt the numbness. And yea last night the pumps were posed closer to my armpit.(21-10-2018, 07:04)Dark_Swan Wrote:The bottom line is the body needs healthy blood flow in order to stay strong. When you weaken the blood flow you are welcoming in all sorts of potential problems. I am now convinced that the pump is distorting what lays beneath our skin. Why gamble with your health? This is exactly why I did not take herbs and it turns out it did not matter in the end. It never occurred to me that we were pumping so close to so many vital veins. Google vascular system and you will see that all veins more or less begin in the neck and then go throughout the body.(21-10-2018, 06:43)Shifa Wrote:This would definitely give you the best chance of recovery.(21-10-2018, 06:10)Jenniferlove Wrote: I’m not sure if I explained how all of this unfolded but it started last year with one swollen lymph node on my neck. A few months later my whole neck started to swell up. The numbness would come and go. This has been a very slow progression. Because it started with a swollen neck I did not put two and two together that it could be related to the pump until the very last time I pumped and it went super numb it did not come back.Do you think stoping NB at early warning sign will easily get back us to normal?
I still did not think that the lymph node and swollen neck could be related to the pumping until my doctor said he thought that it was injury related. I asked him if swollen lymph nodes and neck could be related to an injury and he said absolutely.
My point is we are all slowly doing damage and not realizing it. Listen to the early warning signs. I have been doing a lot of reading on nerve damage and blood vessel damage. Nerves can re-grow but it takes a very long time and they don’t always come back. You need to have a pretty impeccable diet and lifestyle also for them to come back healthy. Blood vessels it gets a lot more complicated and sometimes require surgery to be repaired.
Is this swollem lymph is nod is really visible by eyes or only know when touching it?
By the way did the doctors mention any sports to help you recover? I remember I had breathing problem, short of breath, palpitation and my chest area hurt every day. I went through all sorts of exam, and nothing wrong detected. In the end I went swimming to improve lung and blood circulation and was recovered.
