I dont remember I think I said it is better to use high dosages of vit C. Vit. C can be used to create collagen. Collagen itseld can cause collagen ?placcards?(this is what translate gave me)

Anyhow dont know how common these placcards are..
I used gingko in the past....idk , when i suspected it raised my T i stopped...
