Good news, i’m Growing.
My next step is to quit spearmint but continue with saw palmetto (I think all my growth is about SP) and MSM.
Well, with SP I have a lot of testosterone but few DHT (remember that DHT is useless in a female, it’s stronger than testosterone and gives you acne and hairy body, it also stop breast growth more than testosterone. Testosterone is not a enemy of a female because aromatase can convert it to estrogens)
So...
my idea is to take a pro-aromatase in my follicular (I had a bad experience with PM, so, maybe my own estradiol is better than PM phytoestrogens)
And than (THANKS SURFERJOE FOR THE SUGGESTION) progesterone cream (but I should study how to use PC)
I must say i’m Going to the gym everyday and this is GOOD for HGH! So, add work-outs to your routine, I don’t know if it helps NBE but it helps a lot if u don’t want to gain weight in wrong places.
